" Hello, I am James LaFratte owner of Body & Soul in Cedar Grove, New Jersey. I would like you to come in, try out our services. I can promise that you will fall in love with our trainers, our program designs as well as the positive energy we exude.
I have a fully equipped 8000sq ft personal training studio located in Cedar Grove one mile from Willowbrook mall,(there are no gym fees at all, and no crowds). I can also provide in home or office training (one session free with this offer) covering most of northern NJ and NYC. In some cases I can also train you in your existing gym or complex gyms.
Here at Body & Soul the clients are not just faces to us, the clients are family. We have had clients training with us for over 10 years and plan to continue on into the future.
