CORE Fitness Services Offered
We take pride in our wide variety of services that we provide. We provide state-of-the-art Strive Lifefitness and Cybex fitness equipment, Free Weights, Pre-Cor cardio equipment, Stability and Core training equipment as well as all other forms of resistance training and flexibility equipment and in a more comfortable and personal environment than the large expensive health clubs.


Personal training is for clients that are new to fitness or need guidance and motivation to reach thier goals. We offer every type of training from sports specific to corrective exercise.
Boot Camp combines strength training and aerobic activities to give you two workouts in one. Boot Camp combines intervals of cardio drills and muscle building exercises togive you with the ultimate circuit workout.
Weight Loss Counseling
Nutrition counseling is an ongoing process in which a health professional works with a client to assess his or her usual dietary intake and identify areas where change is needed.

Massage Therapy
Join Susan Perry, certified Kripalu and Power inspired Yoga instructor for fun on the mat. Yoga is inspiring and enjoyable for all ages. Our classes are full of stretching, fun and
decompressing. 
Massage therapies reduce stress by calming the nervous system; help strengthen the immune system; decrease pain and muscle soreness; treat chronic conditions; and promote a sense of well-being.

Chiropractic Care
Bloomfield Total Health Center is proud to announce the opening of our second office.Drs. Franchino and Credico will closely work with the Trainers at Core to evaluate and treat patients who are seeking total body health,balance,core strengthening and maximum productivity.
