I am James LaFratte III, I am a 42 year old fitness professional and I have been working in the fitness industry since 1986. My resume' includes Bally’s , Gold’s Gym as well as owner operator of my own facility from 1987-1999. I find my main forte in Human anatomy, corrective exercise and adult fitness. I specializes in body sculpting for women, corrective exercise, strength training,cardio fitness, kettlebells and circuit training. My certifications include: NASM , ACE. and Titleist Performance Institute certified.
We service all of North Jersey, Essex and Passaic county as well as  Little Falls, West Paterson, Totowa, Wayne, Clifton, Cedar Grove, Verona, Fairfield, Montclair, Upper Montclair, Caldwell, North Caldwell, West Caldwell,  Essex Fells, Glenridge, Woodland Park and  Lincoln Park.

John T. Hale III has been working in the fitness industry since 1988.His experience includes Bally's, Gold's Gym, owner/operator of his own healthclub, as well as serving as fitness dir./ manager of for other full service facilities. Has also worked in private studios as well as performing in-home training. John specializes in general fitness as well as sports specific and injury rehab. and nutrition. His certifications include ACE, and AFAA.


Theodore Hale has been in the fitness industry for 16 years and certified by AFAA . Ted has worked with clients from ages eight to seventy-five with a wide range of goals including fat loss, muscle gain, increased energy levels, increased confidence, flexibility, core training, cardiovascular, and specialization in nutrition.


Russell Teitsma I am a NASM certified professional personal trainer with over seven years experience in the field.I have worked with literally hundreds of people over the years for weight loss, muscle building/toning, flexibility, diet, back/knee/neck pain reduction or repair with a 100% success rate for those who follow my program.


George Tsemberlis has been training in Northern NJ for over 8 years. he has a A.S. in Adult fitness from montclair State Univ. George is currently attending William Paterson University where he is working on a B.S. in Applied Health. George is also NASM. certified. George specializes in weight loss, nutritional counseling, sports specific training and pre and post natal fitness.


Jose L. Ramos is 33 years old and have been a resident of northern New Jersey since 1980. Throughout his youth, he was overweight and very self conscience about his appearance. His life changed around the time he turned 20, as I became interested in fitness and weight training. He earned my initial certification through the National Federation of Personal Trainers (accredited by the NCCA), and continued with the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Corrective Exercise Specialist.


Mark Ronches holds a B.S. in exercise science and is certified by NSCA. His experience qualifies him to design golf conditioning programs as well as improve the clients fitness levels.


Michael Smith's knowledge, enthusiasm, passion and communication skills have led to success as a personal trainer, teacher, presenter and public speaker. He has worked with and educated clients, that range from 5 to 80 years of age. He is certified by ACE,  NASM, and Scirion Institute of Exercise Physiology and holds a B.S. in Phys. Ed. and Health.


Mike Senesky has been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. Mike has worked with clients ranging from children to professional athletes. Mike has helped clients of all fitness levels achieve their goals while earning the NASM, NSCA, SPARQ, and APEX nutrition certifications.


Lisa Frey is a professional Certified Personal Fitness Trainer for over 17 years and is a  NASM certified Personal Trainer that has been training a variety of clients from athletes to those looking to learn life changing tactics to not only lose weight but to keep it off.  Her arsenal of fitness classes includes, but are in no way limited to: Spinning, Pilates, Body Sculpting, Kick boxing, Step & Double Step.
